Refund Policy
Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it
- Unworn or unused, with tags intact
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Once your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions for completing the return.
Note: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, plants)
- Custom products (e.g. personalized items or special orders)
- Personal care goods (e.g. beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item. Once the return is approved, you can place a new, separate order for the desired item.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order was shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
The item must still meet the standard return conditions:
- Unworn, unused, with tags
- Original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
